Mitchell Library presents a full day of business events, presented in collaboration with The British Library Business & IP Centre.
An opportunity not to be missed as the Mitchell Library presents a full day of business events, presented in collaboration with The British Library Business & IP Centre. Start Up Day is celebrated throughout the UK and we have a programme of events from which you can pick and choose, or even join us for the full day.
There will be workshops and one-to-ones along with our highlight of the day, Speed Mentoring sessions, where experts from Santander, Google, and Developing the Young Workforce Glasgow will be on hand in the afternoon to offer advice and answer your questions. There will also be opportunities throughout the day to network and make new business connections.

Speed Mentoring Sessions [from 2.00 - 4.00pm]
Industry experts from Santander, Google, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Jobs & Business Glasgow and others will be sharing their inside knowledge with small groups (max 6 per table) to discuss business topics every new company should consider such as digital marketing, business planning, finance and the benefits of developing a young workforce.

Your ticket provides you access to the whole day, however spaces will be limited for our afternoon Speed Mentoring session so arrive early.
