Staying focused on the main thing and getting the urgent stuff done whilst also vetting the important long term stuff that helps you grow done
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
There are tough times every day â€“ otherwise you aren’t doing what you were supposed to be doing. What helps me keep perspective is remaining focused on the person I am dealing with right now â€“ how can I help this person get what they want and feel great about doing business with me. Nothing else is important at that point in time and you become engaged in the moment
What is the one thing you are most proud of?
Coming through family challenges that would de rail most people

Sold or sellable but staying on because I enjoy it
