Please give your name and then say who was your biggest hero when you were younger?
What initially attracted you to enterprise?
Doing what I love, staying true to myself and my creativity, helping people and being appreciated for my hard work. I am too much of a free spirit to let myself be treated like less of a person. Ten years were enough.
Can you tell us about the first £10 you ever made?
It was more like 2 Levs, when I was in kindergarten me and my friend decided to sell flowers on the street and with the money we bought some Bulgarian sweets (chocolate covered wafers).
What has been your biggest challenge so far with your business?
Having to learn so much in so little time. Having no background in business and starting a business from the ground with almost no investment and when nobody I knew was a business owner.
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
Myself. You cannot look for motivation outside of yourself. My cat, my boyfriend, my friends and my dad help too.
What is it that gets you out of your bed in the morning?
Being on the journey of living my dream life and helping people.
How do you define success?
Success is the power to stay positive even in the hardest of times and learn from it.
Where do you see your business in 5 years’ time?
Running a Paleo restaurant with my boyfriend (who will then be my husband) in California, USA. Being a renowned Paleo Nutritionist and healing people with the right Nutrition. Raising a big family.
If you could give your “teenage self” one piece of advice, what would it be?
You are right where you need to be. The Universe has got your back!
If you could have any 1 person on your business contact list who would that person be and why?
Stephanie Person. She’s a revolutionary in the Nutrition sphere and healing through food, and the reason why I got into Nutrition 3 years ago.
