Who was your biggest hero when you were younger?
I admired various successful sportsmen and women when I was younger but Daley Thompson in particular springs to mind.
What initially attracted you to enterprise?
The lack of suitable employment opportunities in the area I wanted to live and the belief that I could be my own boss.
Can you tell us about the first £10 you ever made?
It was probably from selling stickers to other kids at primary school during break time. I used to buy sheets of stickers, cut them up and sell them individually for a profit.
What has been your biggest challenge so far with your business?
Getting the right staff for the job and handing over responsibility to others.
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
What is it that gets you out of your bed in the morning?
How do you define success?
As a Chiropractor I would define success as making a difference to someone's life by improving their well being and making them feel better.
Where do you see your business in 5 years’ time?
Hopefully continuing to grow, with the addition of more staff members who feel happy and proud to work alongside me.
If you could give your “teenage self” one piece of advice, what would it be?
Have fun but learn from experiences - good and bad.
If you could have any 1 person on your business contact list who would that person be and why?
Richard Branson, because he is very successful yet seems to be laid back with a sense of fun too.
