My Name is Kathryn Neale and my Biggest Hero when I was younger was my Granddad, John O'Neill, a true entrepreneur.
What initially attracted you to enterprise?
Turning my passion for art into a business and being my own boss.
Can you tell us about the first £10 you ever made?
Making hand made cards and selling them to fund a holiday to South Africa.
What has been your biggest challenge so far with your business?
Keeping my business going after loosing my Granddad and keeping my vision alive to stay in business.
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
I am very lucky to have the most supportive parents, Susan & Les, they are my rocks.
What is it that gets you out of your bed in the morning?
Working in my beautiful studio all day and making items that people love buy.
How do you define success?
Following my heart and turning a dream into reality with hard work and belief in myself and my products.
Where do you see your business in 5 years’ time?
Supplying more shops world wide and employing more people.
If you could give your “teenage self” one piece of advice, what would it be?
Follow your dreams but this takes hard work.

Richard Branson. It's like he lives a dream. The things he thinks of that are sometimes very out there, he makes come true.
