Who was your biggest hero when you were younger?
What initially attracted you to enterprise?
Being my own boss, which would mean doing things the way I want them to be done.
Can you tell us about the first £10 you ever made?
I honestly can't remember, at the start things were so busy with trying to get everything up and running and trying to deliver a service. It would of been for taking a group out mountain biking though.
What has been your biggest challenge so far with your business?
Trying to manage growth and working out how best to invest.
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
My partner and my parents.
What is it that gets you out of your bed in the morning?
I enjoy running my own business so it isn't hard to get up and get on with the day.
How do you define success?
I decided to work out how much money I would need each year to live comfortably i.e pay my mortgage etc. And then how much time I want off to do my own thing.
I know have a bench mark to strive for and hopefully surpass.
Where do you see your business in 5 years’ time?
I have some big plans for the next few years, but at the moment I'm not in a position to share them!
If you could give your “teenage self” one piece of advice, what would it be?
For me I found school very difficult as I have dyslexia.
I would just try and encourage my self to get through education, as now running my own business gives me a chance to shine.
If you could have any 1 person on your business contact list who would that person be and why?
