Who was your biggest hero when you were younger?
My biggest heroes when ! was younger were my parents as they always believed in me even when we knew it wasnt possible or couldnt be done
What initially attracted you to enterprise?
It was when I was working as a chef at a hotel and went on a training course how to make chocolates and was taken back how much work but also how rewarding it was so decided working for someone wasn't the best option and decided to started my own business
Can you tell us about the first £10 you ever made?
Back when i was 12 in secondary school I made a batch of home bakes and decided to sell them to other pupils and with the money I made, I made more cakes and sold again
What has been your biggest challenge so far with your business?
Business is challenging on a daily basis but one I have relished, challenges for us as a company is the growth which has been quick but we had to put the foundations in afterwards which wasn't the best but we learnt from that, also dealing with staff can be a challenge but I have a great team behind me
Who is it that keeps you going through any tough times?
Family and Girlfriend, they keep me on the straight and narrow and I always have the saying "there is always someone worse of than you, even though you may never think it"
What is it that gets you out of your bed in the morning?
Getting into work to be creative and innovative, working with great client and people and of course making money
How do you define success?
Success is to be the greatest you can be and to make sure you have a purpose to be a winner
Where do you see your business in 5 years’ time?
Outlets appearing across the country and developing an international side to our businesses

Be wise, open minded and ask lots of questions
