The Start'N'Biz Festival held at Granton Campus, Edinburgh College inspires students to think BUSINESS!
Organised by Bridge2Business, the event focused on supporting students with their ideas and where they should go next. With a great line up of exhibitors and young entrepreneurs, the event gave students the chance to be inspired, get connected and find support for business start up!
Held in the main hub of Granton Campus on Tuesday, Bridge2Business brought a great entrepreneurial buzz to the college campus! Alongside supporting organisations such as Royal Bank Of Scotland, Business Gateway, and Transmit Startups (to name a few), The Start'N'Biz Festival showcased some of Scotland's young entrepreneurs.

Elliot Bibby of Bibby Magic kick-started the event with a killer start up business story and showman performance. Bibby's comedic charm and magic tricks engaged students present within the Granton Hub, and got them thinking about business.

Next up in our successful line up, we invited to the stage Steven Galloni of SKpade Studios. Steven is one part of the success behind SKpade Studios based in Dumbarton, Glasgow. Steven and business partner Stephen Kirkwood run the successful independent studio together.
Steven shared the experience of setting up in business, and the successes they have had since setting up. Steven also shared with students the he was much like them not so long ago, and made clear that if you really want something - you can do it!

Following his inspiring talk, Galloni then smashed out a DJ set within Granton Campus to the students within the Hub.

Finally, tying up the days event was Freddie Spindler of Deadly Donuts. Funded by the Prince's Trust, Freddie took questions from the audience about his business, and offered guidance on what to do if were too looking to set up!
